Not sure how to get in touch with app support but it hasn’t worked at all in weeks. None of the bus or train times load anymore
Fall from grace
Used to be an amazing app that would work well and accurately, however recently the app has been extremely buggy, and will only work half the time, the other half of the time you can’t see any of the times of the busses or trains. It’s like a 50/50 shot whether or not it will work when I click it

I enjoyed using this app for several years, and it was always reliable in terms of information. Unfortunately for the past couple of months the app just stopped working. I’m unsure of the reason, but I cannot rate this app highly if it doesn’t even work as intended.

Unable to retrieve data
On numerous occasions the App show nothing after 5 minutes even though I have 4-5 bars. When it it works which isn’t often, it was accurate

Doesn’t show most of the time
The app started out really great and was super accurate but now more often than not, it just says no service for any of the lines. Not sure if this is a bug or not but the app is not even usable at this point.

Recently not online
I’ve logged into Proximity multiple times over the last few weeks, and each time it has told me there is no service on any of my subway or bus lines
This app has been a lifeline and now, without it, it’s awful.
