Was great, now is useless

The app broke a few days ago and has just stayed broken

Trash app

It barely works bro

First time working very good now not working please fix this problem

The app

Better than other options

Buses disappear from the app

It’s solid but it could be better

I wanted to rate higher. I will be looking for another. Why? First Why will I need to go a search? Because not even a fixed schedule. Maybe I’m. Late on next. Statement. (Live) Why can we not see an actual bus. That’s on the route? And this next fact is where I give App a F. At Watertown station. If it says 12 minutes? The numbers are radically different. When I had a different phone. I found this amazing one. If I could remember. I would get again. A Possible Beta? Hopefully because I reluctantly need better!

Excellent

Stopped working on Braintree line

No longer pulls in trains from Braintree heading north through JFK. So basically misses half of all trains now! Please fix! Otherwise a pretty good and useful app

Accurate and helpful

This is one of the most accurate apps I have found for the Boston MBTA. It’s a bit tricky to figure out which line you are adding in what direction, but once you figure that out, it’s pretty user friendly.

Departure times for C line Englewood stop never show up

I the C line Englewood inbound stop added to my list of frequently used stops and no matter what time of day I check it it’s always blank. Other stops on my list that are much farther from home, however, do. What’s going on?

MBTA APP

My favorite travel app

Great

Great help

Can't look at future

With the new one you can't plan a trip in the future

Helpful!

Helps me catch the bus and subways, and is usually accurate. (I blame the T when it isn’t.) Also great for helping me plan trips.

What the MBTA app wishes it was

So easy to use, great interface. Highly recommend

Accurate and simple

Best app I have ever used!

Accurate, But Not User Friendly

The layout and functionality of this app is terrible and so difficult to use, especially if you are not extremely familiar with how the transit system works in Boston.

New design

I enjoy how slick it is. Plus the commuter rail addition is a nice touch. I enjoy the crowd feature. But where is the commuter rail count down times? Also. Why is there 2 Sullivan Sq station list under 90 bus going to assembly? The 4:50pm onCT2 bus at Kendall on 8/25/22 was crowded. But the application said one dot. It lied.

Right it shows one bus. Befor it had 2

2026:the new 85 route taking over CT2. Not updated
