User friendly and straightforward
The Proxxi app is easy to use. Adjusting voltage settings and checking battery life is straightforward. I like how clean and simple everything is. nothing extra, just what you actually need. Solid app.
Not a useful device
There is a reason why there are no reviews after all those years. We had this device and app for testing and it did disappoint. T
The claim that they don’t collect personal data is just plainly wrong. They also share your data which whoever gives them a penny for it. It’s in the privacy and terms of usage agreement that needs to be agreed on. The app itself has very limited use other then 5e mentioned collection of your data. The whole concept of the device/app is more likely to generate a false sense of security. When there were questions, support didn’t respond initially and when they finally responded, they pointed to a sales person. I would never seriously consider a company that refers to sales instead of support. Yet alone a company that wants to sell a safety device. The device is around since many years and as you can see no takers.
