Unacceptable on iPad
I open the app on my new iPad, and it opens sideways. I’m glad you made it available for iPad, but since I’m using an iPad with an attached keyboard, requiring me to turn my device to portrait mode is a non-starter.
Not a bad app needs to be better
It needs landscape mode on my iPad. This shouldn't be something you need to be told! Have some product pride.

All it does is give me a spinner when i open the app. There’s nothing else. No buttons, help link, login. Just the spinner forever
Hard to use, buggy
This is one of the worst apps I use. It frequently opens to a blank black or white screen and I have to force quit it to get it to work again. It is great that it links to the proxy materials, but it needs an option to let me open them in an external browser so I can read through the materials more easily and send them to a laptop/desktop for viewing. You guys have a $27B market cap. This is an unacceptable product. Please have someone vibe code a new app from scratch.

Kind of works
For some reason this app is only available in the U.S. app store and for voting I had to use a VPN located in the states. It also kept removing my selected choices whenever I consulted the annual report from the embedded link.
Latest version crashes
This had been a nice B+ app for many years. But the latest version crashes with internal errors all the time, voting in app, voting by email link, and linking accounts. No longer able to link accounts at all. Have to restart the app to check if votes were recorded. No support - the support link in App Store is a 404 page.

Worst App Ever
This app always crashes or freezes. It is one of the worst apps out there. Attempt to click on a link to vote or register and it fails. This company probably makes a lot of money but can’t invest in basic technology to make it easier to vote.
Unable to vote
For the past 2 companies that I attempted to proxy vote, I was unable to do more than read the annual report and proxy statements. There is no voting area at all, which defeats the purpose of the app. It used to work well. Please fix it to earn 4 stars from me.

Corporate documents
Corporate documents (annual reports, proxy material) no longer open up when chosen from the drop down list. Used to work. Tried to report to developer but link opens up a page not found error.

App needs help
Keyboard does not appear to type in login info, can’t get it to be recognized by apple password manager…. Lot of work to make this work. Needs bug tested badly

Too Many Bugs
While it sounds like having an app where everything is at your fingertips is better, the developers here failed. The app suppresses the Apple iOS Keyboard so one cannot enter information, look up passwords, or create accounts.
Additionally, the app doesn’t automatically fetch your login information when trying to sign in. And finally, there’s no Sign in with Apple.
Perhaps after a couple caffeine-fueled late-night coding sessions they’ll get it right. But for now, skip the app, and use the web.

Fix the login / password
I can’t understand how an app like this made it the ProxyVote senior mgt or Apple’s App Store review process. Reading reviews ‘m not the only person frustrated by having to manually enter my login and password each time I try to use the app to vote.
I’m deleting the app from my phone as it is easier to use my laptop and have my email request to vote take me to the website. Google Chrome seems to have figured this out.

No support
I have received a few emails from ProxyVote with a link that opens to an error message in the app. I have reported it twice and received no response.
Login , password issues
Having many of the same issues remarked on, and the one star ratings that I read. Does not work with Apple’s password manager, will not let me enter a password, and is basically useless.
