Pathetic, designed not to work?
Just trying to log on with new password after expired password, after forgetting how frustrating the last time I wasted my time with this app was….. was torture! A reasonably working app for PRS would be great. Was it intentionally designed so that no one could use it?
Useless
This app is useless as it hangs on the basic functionality (when I select “my works” I just get a blank screen with rotating dots indicating it’s stuck trying to do something).
You can’t view the progress of submitted works or amend.
It just displays all the hallmarks of an app that hasn’t been tested OR it’s simply been released and left.

No Live Performance Reporting
Unless it’s hidden somewhere very obscure, there’s no way to report live performances on the app. This would be the only thing that I would really use it for. It would be super handy. Bit of a pointless app really.

Total waste money and time. But hey money not issue right! as it is not ours!
Needs fingerprint/facial recognition to really be useful “on the road” app
Always clunky this app has now entirely failed, producing impenetrable error messages despite being deleted and re downloaded. Web site works fine so the problem rests with the app. Hopeless!
