Pathetic, designed not to work?
Just trying to log on with new password after expired password, after forgetting how frustrating the last time I wasted my time with this app was….. was torture! A reasonably working app for PRS would be great. Was it intentionally designed so that no one could use it?
Useless
This app is useless as it hangs on the basic functionality (when I select “my works” I just get a blank screen with rotating dots indicating it’s stuck trying to do something).
You can’t view the progress of submitted works or amend.
It just displays all the hallmarks of an app that hasn’t been tested OR it’s simply been released and left.

No Live Performance Reporting
Unless it’s hidden somewhere very obscure, there’s no way to report live performances on the app. This would be the only thing that I would really use it for. It would be super handy. Bit of a pointless app really.

Always clunky this app has now entirely failed, producing impenetrable error messages despite being deleted and re downloaded. Web site works fine so the problem rests with the app. Hopeless!
Very limited
Potentially a very useful app, however, all of the functions that I would want to use on an app are not on it! For example, unless I am mistaken, you can’t register new works or access distribution statements. These are two of the main functions I would use.
In any case, the actual PRS website is very good and also very mobile phone friendly in regards to layout/display etc. I’d recommend just using that instead.

Always logs you out
Limited functionality and logs out after every visit. Annoying!
It’s good at what it does - nothing!
Nice app and is ok for a quick search of the database, but has such limited functionality that its not worth bothering with - just visit the website!

Wasted 20 minutes of my time trying to log in / change password just to be taken to a blank page saying ‘url not found’. Considering the amount of uncollected royalties PRS has, they could pay a decent app developer to sort it out!

I don’t see the point of this app. App’s are supposed to make things more convenient but this one has no face/Touch ID and doesn’t even remember your sign in details for next time.
The ‘information’ on payment dates is vague and mysterious. There’s no way to access statements. You can’t even use the app to register new works.
It’s honestly easier just to visit the PRS website, which defeats the whole purpose of the app.

And I thought the PRS website was bad...
You put your log in details, and wait while the PRS flashes while it constantly loads and reloads. D- see me after class...
White Screen
Not happy at all. Couldn’t even log on after tapping the logo. Just a white screen!

A largely superfluous app, that offers nothing over the PRS website.
In fact, it is slower, as there is no option for saving your login details or using TouchID.
