Bad experience with claims - be aware
Went to a panel dental clinic and was told to pay and claim by the clinic after showed the insurance card, however only paid out non-panel minimum amount instead of full payout amount that’s clearly written in the pending claim. Raise an dispute and hasn’t been resolved after a month. Advise companies to stay away from this plan

Screen goes off during telemed
I was having a telemed consultation and my screen just go into standby mode and the telemed got cut off. Have to keep tapping my screen lol

Can’t load all the time, is either jammed or can’t load anything
No flexibility to search for clinic by area
Limited search functions.
Terrible service
You need to have a medical and insurance degree to figure out how to claim through prudential
