Bad experience with claims - be aware
Went to a panel dental clinic and was told to pay and claim by the clinic after showed the insurance card, however only paid out non-panel minimum amount instead of full payout amount that’s clearly written in the pending claim. Raise an dispute and hasn’t been resolved after a month. Advise companies to stay away from this plan

Screen goes off during telemed
I was having a telemed consultation and my screen just go into standby mode and the telemed got cut off. Have to keep tapping my screen lol

Can’t load all the time, is either jammed or can’t load anything

Buggy and confusing ux
Probably one of the worst apps I have experienced. Super buggy, have been getting about 20 notifications that I’m next in line even though my appointment has been canceled.

In Claim status, on one side claim status is pending insurer BUT when I filter for Pending it shows no Claims. Are you guys sure……
Telemedicine service is very bad
Went for telemedicine GP consultation to get a referral letter for a specialist. The doctor picked up the call and then hang up on me after 1 second. Then blocked me…What sort of service is that? Awful, I don’t recommend.
Claim submission
The e-benefits app is easy to understand, clear instructions, fast and able to upload multiple documents in one submission. No stress at all.
