Poor App and Product
App is very slow and constantly drops out at random times. I must remove the screen from the wall, unplug it, turn it back on, reset it, and remount which is difficult and cumbersome. Customer service blamed Telstra and not their app. Very poor and I regret purchasing this product.
So confused
The app by name and logo does not match the booklet left by new home builders - so if your looking for IntelLink app with a logo like a wi fi symbol - this is the app you want.
Stability of app is problematic at best. When I open it - to test who’s at the front door - it just fails and closes itself.
