It’s confusing on how to add a card that someone else had in their set.. an email gets sent to them but have to wait 3 days?..
Great……but
The automation seems to have many bugs. Randomly can’t upload photos or display registered sets. It’s challenging to register cards when the prior owner won’t release. I send proof and it gets denied with no reason given. Have other cards that can’t be registered because the serial number may have been used on a counterfeit card. Love the concept but the system is too fragile and help from

Old/Slow/Never updated
PSA Set Registry works fine as a digital spreadsheet, but otherwise it’s glitchy. Recent sales rarely update, and uploaded pictures often don’t display at all. It’s surprising they haven’t meaningfully updated the platform in years. This is a customer-driven platform, and their lack of response to other reviews along with the issues I’ve highlighted shows they don’t put the customer first. That feels like a reflection of how PSA operates overall, and as a collector it makes me concerned about the quality of their future.

Waste of time
Asks me to log in again every time I select a menu item. Does not prepopulate with my inventory from the PSA app. Scanning barcodes on PSA slabs doesn’t work. I haven’t yet found anything on the app that does work.

Love this app - great to organize cards and sets. Login doesn’t work half the time either b/c servers are down or some other problem. I have to wonder whether Microsoft rejects are engineering logins for PSA.

Decent Database
I like this app ok. It keeps track of all my PSAs. There are some really good features and some I’m still trying to figure out. I like the Showcase feature most of all. It took a lot of trial and error to make the Digital Album. There are definitely quirks to it. Like I’ve never been able to just view the digital album unless it’s actually in the EDIT mode. That’s just one of the problems with it. Maybe I’m just not figuring that out yet. I sure they’ll get better and I’ll still be hanging around in the meanwhile.

Much better than spreadsheets! Love being able to add photos of my card. Brilliant! UPDATE: While this App is incredible, I can’t even logon half of the time I try. Come on PSA! Stop being so cheap and upgrade your servers!!!

Locks up all the time and loses data, requires multiple sign ins even though youre already signed in
Converging on collecting greatness
When the Set Registry and PSA Vault are fully integrated you will have a full stack purchasing, collection management, selling and fulfillment suite. It’s so close. Thanks!
TCG
It’s a good idea but has a lot of room for improvement - for example why would a TCG collector need to create several sports sets when we don’t collect sports, which in turn means our ranking is negatively impacted and vice-versa?
Our ranking shlold be based on what we collect, I don’t want to collect everything. It’s become mostly irrelevant due to this issue and lack of rankings with achievements on TCG for TCG collectors etc. It’s going to die if you don’t address this.

Have my whole collection catalogued here but haven’t been able to login for about 3 months. No response from customer service

I thought this app was good but after using it the last year it genuinely sucks, I have cards I can’t add because they are on somebody else’s app, I just added a card it upgraded my inventory but not my set, this app has too many problems

Best Card Inventory App
PSA Set Registry is by far the best app for keeping track of my sports and non-sports cards.
Servers regularly down
This app rarely connects to their servers. Which is inconvenient for those of us who keep track of what we need for our sets in the app.
