This new update is horrible
This new update is horrible. Constantly having to log in after 20 mins of inactivity is very aggravating. App is very buggy and needs a lot of work. My agency has used this app for 3-4 years now and has had several issues with no fix.
Non responsive
App fails to load more than not anymore.
Scam
Southern Software is a total scam. All of their products are like using something from the 90s. They prey on local governments and make it impossible for them to escape out of their products.
Good but needs improvement
App is working pretty good. Would love to have notifications pop up that are customizable and maybe a call history
Do not trust
Another Southern Software product that is dated, doesn’t work as advertised, it won’t be fixed. This company does nothing but scam first responders and compromise public safety.
