Have had no issues
Been using since I became a homeowner. Havent had any problems mostly. Sometimes the call number takes long for customer service to get on and I dont use all the functions of the app. But other than that, seems decent.

Downloaded the app to try it out… Put in username and password reply was incorrect information… went online and signed in with username and password with no issues…

Couldn’t log in
I downloaded this years ago just in case. But when we actually had a power outage, I wasn’t able to log in.
Hard to use
I’m confused why I have to verify my account by phone or email when I’m already logged in by password and face. The My Meter section is difficult to use, with graphs that don’t really explain what I’m looking for, and expand in or out when I’m trying to get a closer look. Maybe this information would work on a desktop, but it’s included in the app, so it needs to be more user friendly.

Oh my god i dont know if kids developed this APP, if we change the password app keeps using face as authentication if in a loop and my user id is blocked. Please hire some good developers. And your web sight is also terible your address search is too bad. Cant you buy a simple google ai for address. I tried 1 hour yesterday and the address its not allowing me to put apartment number.

10/25/22- We still want Apple Pay as an option to pay our bill. Apple Pay will give you 5 stars. This app works great. However, there is one thing missing and that is APPLE PAY. You have pay pal and Amazon pay as payment methods. I only rated the app 3 stars because I cannot pay with Apple Pay. Please add Apple Pay and I will rate this app five stars.

Impossible to Operate
App is saying my New Jersey zip code is out of territory. Website is saying my information won’t match. Representatives are allegedly available on Saturdays until 5, but phone line is closed when I call.

Will let you log in and yes occasionally it will let you see your account details but more often than not it will log you out should you want further details on the account.

When trying to start a brand new service it’s asking me to enter information for the first time and then telling me it doesn’t match? Doesn’t match what I’m giving it to you for the first time. Needs some more testing.

Horrible company
Company has been a headache for life so their app isn’t a surprise. Shouldn’t be a mission to log in either every time. Stupid thing doesn’t let me stay signed in, and their password requirements are insane, constantly need to be changed. Then my bill is over charged every month because they price gauge and get away with it.
