Remote Deposit
Love the online banking except for the remote deposit. Doesn’t always enter my account as I expect.
No update available
Locked me out of the app, stating there was an update available. There was not.

The current update has fixed the iOS 16 crashing issue that was making the app unusable. All good now!

All other programs work after the update. This is one of the most important ones to have. For it not to work I had to travel with a bulky laptop in tow. Not nice

Stopped working
The app itself is very convenient. But as of last week it has not been working.
Love the idea but nothing besides problems
It constantly crashes and now I can’t even open the app, this is not a my phone problem as I have a brand new phone and the new update so I can’t track anything on my online banking and it’s very frustrating.

App isn’t working
Hey it was really great.. then just stopped working. It won’t open. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that did nothing
Disappointed
I’ve been trying to get onto the app for the past week and haven’t been able to get on. I have tried multiple times daily. Each time I attempt and open the app, it shows me a white screen for less then a second before immediately crashing and returning me to my phones Home Screen- no other apps or games on my phone do I have issues with. I have used this app in the past for years, but now it’s no longer working and I would greatly appreciate the ability to start using it again rather than needing to remember to log onto my laptop at home and doing what I need to do.

Not working after iOS 16 update
It used to work perfectly, but started to crash after the iOS 16 update.

App does not work on new IPhone 14 Pro Max. Will not open.

No longer works on iPad after 15.7 update,or iOS 16 on iPhone 13. Starts to open then crashes.
Used To Work Just Fine
Ever since the new iOS update, the app keeps crashing and I can’t log in. I’ve been having to log in through the website to check my accounts.
Mobile banking helps to make a busy life a little less stressful.
The alerts and notifications with mobile banking make my day today routines less stressful. I love my mobile banking features!
