Awful customer service. They don’t get back to you. Psycics are not accurate. This app offers a feature were you can spin a wheel daily and win points. I accumulated lots of points over the years and when I wanted to redeem them for readings they just blocked my App so I don’t have any more access to use my points. What a scam.

Not a Trustworthy App
The app used to be full of the best psychics and readers readily available to provide answers. Over time, that has changed. One of my last readers was awful and I gave an honest review. I was not pleased with her vague and amateurish response. The app or the reader deliberately suppressed the review and only kept the 5 star reviews. Save your time and money.

Avoid This App: Poor Service and Lack of Support
This app is a big waste of time. For your own good, do not use it and waste your money. The advisor I consulted made numerous spelling mistakes and provided very short responses, which was quite off-putting. Despite writing detailed paragraphs, I received one-word responses riddled with errors. The support team does not respond within their promised one-day window and refuses to issue refunds.

19/4/2023 app won’t load the app is down and app support isn’t working
I am disappointed as to why this app isn’t working. I really loved and now the App won’t let me in or load after I updated it. It now Keeps saying server can’t be found. The up date was to fix bugs but now it won’t let you in at all. App support isn’t work the app is down 😏I brought a couple of reading and wanted to watch the videos after work and now I can’t please fix this asap
