Regarding session duration, sessions are booked for a selected amount of time in advance. This allows advisors to dedicate uninterrupted time exclusively to your reading. If you are dissatisfied with a particular session, we encourage you to contact our Support Team through the app so your concerns can be reviewed in accordance with our Terms of Use and Satisfaction Policy. Removal of In App Purchases.
I’ve spoke to one advisor during my time and she is accurate. Very trusted. But the lack of now being able to use in-app purchasing has definitely changed my opinion on the app .
