About

Take control of your Physical Training and Physical Therapy routines. PT Tracker is a simple, private way to build personal exercise routines, follow them one set at a time, and see your progress over time. Use it for the exercises chosen by you or prescribed by your care team—at home, at the gym, or wherever your routine takes you. CREATE ROUTINES THAT FIT YOU • Add Reps or Timed exercises. • Set repetitions, duration, and sets for every exercise. • Add descriptions and choose a category for quick visual identification. • Schedule a routine for specific days or a chosen number of days each week. STAY FOCUSED WHILE YOU EXERCISE • Follow your routine one exercise and set at a time. • Use built-in countdown timers for timed exercises. • Pause, reset, go back a step, or resume a routine later the same day. • Optionally track elapsed time for each round. SEE YOUR PROGRESS • View today’s routine status at a glance. • Track daily and weekly progress on every routine. • Use the main calendar to record your overall activity, and routine calendars for individual history. • Update past calendar days when you are backfilling progress. • See at a glance from your phone's desktop when work is required with optional icon badges PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No account or internet connection required. • Your routine and history stay on your iPhone. • Export and import routines for backup or sharing. PT Tracker is an organization and tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice; follow guidance from your qualified healthcare professional.
