Its ok
The load time varies. Like when i need to see immediately it doesn’t show. But were the locations of the buses are pretty accurate.
Frustrating
This app is just frustrating. When it works, it does the bare minimum for what it is but most of the time it’s experiencing some sort of issue like failing to load your favorited stops or covering functions in the app with alerts that can’t be dismissed

Clunky and not well maintained
Spotty. Sometimes you have to open it several times to actually get it to load. Time updates are inaccurate at times. Poor communication when schedules change due to holidays and summer semester. It’s difficult to fine which buses service the stops you want. Basically you have to open every and see what stops it services instead of being able to search an area for stops or open a stop and see what buses stop there.

Crashes every single time
This app crashes every time I open it. I don’t know why! My phone is updated, I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app. I cannot see where the buses are and that means I’m perpetually missingbuses because the posted schedules are often off by +/-15 minutes. Where are the buses?!?
App is just white screen
I’ve been using the app for a while and randomly today when I open it, it’s just a white screen with nothing on it. Other students had the same issue not sure what’s going on with app or how to fix it
iOS 18
My phone doesn’t update past iOS 16. This update made it impossible to use this application.
Un-usable App
The app has never been the best, however the basic functionality is compromised. I can’t even open the app at this point.
Awful update
The first update I’ve seen in a year shows me nothing that’s improved. The only changes I’ve noticed in this update is that all of my saved stops were erased and I’m unable to favorite any stops now
The App is not Working as of 11/1/24
The App is not Working as of 11/1/24. I tried restarting my phone and re-installing the app, but the app is still not working. When I try to open the app it just closes out. I can’t even get to the loading screen.
Usually this app works very well for me. I really depend on this app so please fix this error.

So bad
This is the first review I’ve ever written because I am so sick of this app not functioning. I have defended it when it actually somewhat worked in the past but now that it doesn’t get past the loading screen I’m fed up. Missed multiple busses because of this. Don’t expect students to get to class on time if they can’t rely on public transport. The tuition we pay should be able to cover such a small necessity when you can’t rely on the written, physical schedules posted at each stop.

Unusable
Complete trash. All it does is hang on the initial screen pretending to load. Transit app doesn’t have live tracking of the buses the way this one would if it worked… but at least it works.

Everytime I have to use the app I have to delete it and redownload it just for it to work one time. They times are always wrong. Please fix!! Students rely on the busses a lot

Great when it works, but usually just sits on a blank loading screen until you close it.
WORST APP
One of the worst app ever. Doesn’t deserve zero rating too.
Serviceable
It works well about half the time. 45% of the time, it doesn’t locate the bus, so it just tells you what time the bus is scheduled to be there, which is at least a few minutes off. The remaining 5%, the app takes too long to load (>10 minutes) and you just have to guess (or check online).
awful
this is the worst app known to man. it has made me miss multiple classes and be late for exams because it just does not load. all the times are wrong, busses aren’t tracked correctly on the app, just so unreliable.

3 out of 4 times when I open this app nothing happens. It doesn't load. Please improve!
