Wastage of money
Disgusting app seriously don’t waste your money. When i open app in iphone it’s crash many time after many try when i finally play movie the app crashes again and agin whenever i play the app close suddenly. I pay you for what???? Can u explain me what is the purpose of charging money from customer’s when your app is not opening not playing movie or any web-series whenever you play whatever you play the app will close automatically.EVEN I DON’T WANT TO GIVE A SINGLE STAR.

Please don’t get PTCPLAY app. This APP only works on phone (if you are lucky) and when you try to cancel service no one cares to respond. I have been trying to get an answer for over 3 weeks now.

You have US price in the app purchase list but do not have US when I try to sign up. There is Canada but no US.

Don’t send the otp
After download tried to sign up. It’s ask my details and I filled it every thing and waiting for the OTP.

I purchased annual subscription and try to login at tv , but there is no password reset option its keep showing error wrong password, sent few emails but no reply yet , strongly recommend do not subscribe it.

Data concerns
Put off by the terms and conditions and the need to put in your phone number to use the app, whilst by signing you up you are consenting to your details being passed on to third parties for marketing. A shame.
