Disappointing Service and No Refund Policy
I subscribed to watch Bigg Boss, but the service has advertisements and does not allow you to rewind or fast-forward. The same shows are also available on YouTube and other platforms. I requested cancellation and a refund the day after subscribing, but customer service refused because they have no cancellation or refund policy. This subscription was a waste of time and money for me. I do not recommend it.

The Latest Update on the app is a disaster
Due to the constant Pop up to ‘update’ the app, I downloaded the update on my TV. Now the programs are all messed up. The time showing on the tv for catch up programs is all wrong. Also, it is too difficult to access programs now and also to forward and rewind.
Now it is asking to update the app on my IPad too. I am trying not to. However, the app is not opening without the update.
How can I avoid the version 9.4 update ?

One of the worst apps. No customer service and support. Heaps of ads and won’t respond and refund. Very bad experience and service.
