Please do not subscribe to this app. I subscribed for the yearly plan without realizing that they have very bad quality videos. The videos keeps getting stuck and I keep getting loading error. I have high speed internet connection and don’t have problem with other OTTs except this. I tried playing videos from this app in TV, iPhone, laptop and its the same issue everywhere. They don’t have a team to support this. I sent an email to customer support for refund on the day 2 of subscribing, but there is no response. Please avoid this app. I would request Apple to review their app properly.

Very poor service and terrible customer support. It is almost impossible to contact them. There is no telephone support available anymore — only WhatsApp, and they rarely reply. Sometimes they respond after 30 minutes or even an hour.
Once you pay for the subscription, they start forcing their own ads constantly. Even if you change the channel, the ads keep appearing again and again and again. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Too costly, lots of bugs, waste content
Ask of subscription, even when paid. Landscape mode does not work most of the time. Other than IPL nothing to offer. Too costly. At critical moment will switch to adds, like just at Virat century and will play back with delay
Yupp TV App
Everything is very good. Need to increase the size of alphabets to facilitate the visibility power for older viewers. Currently a serial does not finish in allotted space, so provide couple of Minutes extra space, so that that we don’t have to go to the next serial’s space. Thanks.
Volume is Bad
The volume of advertisements is much higher , than ipl commentatoary , have to mute. Really annoying. Remitly is now hated coz of this app.
Ad every time… so annoying
I am sick and tired of watching the same ad every time I want to watch a game. I have paid for the package. I want to watch the live action right away. Don’t want to watch that stupid ad over and over again. And it’s been happening for years. It’s a shame that there isn’t an alternative to watch IPL otherwise I will delete your app in an instant. Worst streaming service ever.

Dumbest tv app ever
I bought subscription for two languages and selected to show content for those two. Even after these selections it keeps showing all unnecessary content except ones which I purchased and want to see. Also, it doesn’t show my subscription when connected to my lg smart tv. Complete useless app.
Subscription Cancellation Issue
You can buy any channel pack online, but to cancel you have to go through a painful process of contacting customer support. They will keep trying to convince you to keep the package etc…

Extremely poor user interface and subpar quality. It’s disappointing that they can’t even provide customers with a decent app.
Worst UX and useless packages
This app comes at the top for worst UX and navigation for on phone and tv apps. You’ll never get to just have channels that you’ve subscribed to and flawlessly navigate. You’ll get atleast 70 to 80% of the times wrong.
The packages are a joke and don’t have the content that you really need to watch. Almost all the channels you want are spread across atleast 3 to 5 apps. So stay away from this and save your money

I paid for an IPL subscription, yet I am still seeing an ad after every over.
