About

Your running, in one place. Record with your iPhone or Apple Watch. Keep your history on your phone, or connect your AI to explore it. Record your run. PTrace records your route, distance, pace, cadence and elevation. It combines GPS with your phone’s motion sensors, so distance holds up under trees and between buildings. Add an Apple Watch for live heart rate, workouts with haptic cues and your run on your wrist. A Live Activity keeps the run on your Lock Screen. Bring your history. Import from Apple Health, or bring GPX, TCX and FIT files from the running apps you already use. Use your preferred AI. Connect your AI to ask about your training. Ask it for a chart or a workout and it shows up right in the app, updated as you record more runs. Your AI can carry your training into the tools you already use: a spreadsheet, your calendar, your notes. You decide what you share. Record and review on your phone without an account. To connect an AI, sign in with Apple and turn on sync. Then choose what each connection can access, from a summary of your runs to the precise route. You decide separately whether your AI can create charts and workouts. Review access or disconnect any AI at any time. Synced activity data is encrypted in transit and at rest. PTrace’s server can read it to provide the access you allow. Disconnecting an AI stops future access. It does not erase data already shared with that service. No social feed. No ad tracking.
