Cant find any camera
I have several apps and even when the other ones are not perfect they can detect the cameras, the most important step this poor app cant achieve
They recently updated, but it still doesn’t work at all
I don’t know how many of us have the exact hardware that you need to use this app, but I do, and it would be great to have this tool. Unfortunately, when you launch, a single sentence pops up in broken English saying that no camera is found. Well I can connect to and monitor the camera using Safari on the same iPad, so I know it’s there and working, but this App gives no options to enter connection parameters, or troubleshoot in any way. I have another Panasonic camera control app that works with their consumer cameras, and it’s solid, but this one that is made for their $5000+ setups looks like someone’s high school coding project, and works worse.

Got potential to be great (only good for small rooms)
The camera controller app needs the hardware (AW-HEA10), so each camera along with aw-hea10 and 1 iPad is need for each camera.
Overall the app has potential, just tap the spot u want the cam shot and it there, then a quick zoom in or out and u have a good looking shot (however that's only if u using it with a very small roo).
issue I have is the viewing camera (from aw-hea10), is not zoom adjustable and for the room where I have 2 complete unit setup, the room is too large and the area I want to cover is too small on the screen. If there was a a button to give 2x digital zoom or an extentor to place on the lens, then I would be very happy with it and give it 5 out of out.
I have sent my feedback to Panasonic without receiving a reply. I don't think people should buy this system unless u are in a small room.

Needs work
This app needs a way to insert port numbers to be able to connect remotely. Thanks

The app functions ok the problem is when you select a camera it zooms it all of the way out
