Excellent broker

PU prime is an excellent broker! No issues in regards to deposit and withdrawals. The customer service is also great with any issues or problems I have. They are very prompt with resolving any concerns I have. All the other negative reviews is either spam or people paid by other brokers to leave negative reviews! I have also referred several people to PU and they’re also reporting no issues

Deducted my whole profit totally scam

They seized my profit near about 40K and changed password also.Moreover they did intentionally.

Bad problem resolving service

I have issues in deposit so I have been talking to then since 19-20 days but they haven’t resolved my problem yet every time I try but it’s showing error

Fraud

I invested 250 pounds and made it to 400. Then I requested 100 pounds withdrawal. I didn't only get the money but also the balance was showing 50 pounds, I mean where the other amounts have gone?
Don't download or use this broker if you want to save your money ...

Je déconseille PuPrime, j’ai commencé avec ce broker en tant que débutant, des spreads énorme qui augmentent au fur à mesure que vous tradez. Service client rapide mais inefficace. Et la goutte d’eau. J’ai effectué un dépôt de 700€ sur un solde négatif. Et là mon compte c’est bloqué car on ne peut pas trader avec un compte négatif. J’ai demandé un remboursement
Le service client m’a dit que je serai d’ici 7 jours.
Au bout de 7 jours on m’envoie un mail me disant que les remboursement ne peuvent pas être effectué mais que je peux récupérer seulement en credit.

Bref totalement déçu et sentiment d’arnaque.

Deposit issues

I deposit twice,i made mistake at a time of deposit by taking same message to deposit slip..but what happen it only reflect 1 deposit to the account but it was deducted twice.so the second deposit doesnt reflect to the account.and try to call support but only AI message.its frustrating my money just go to the thin air…even when you call support how many times,they will not make a refund.

Takes a century for the page to lpad, from wntering your card details to OTP page of my bank, most of the times, its frozen and stuck on the page, unbelievable

Customer service is the worst

I try to deposit money has usual and they ask me for ID verification. I send a email with 2 ID verification ( drivers license and passport ) a proof of adresse ( phone bill ) and my 3 last bank statement… after that they ask me again for bank statement because the one I send was in black and white they want it in color.. I don’t see the point of that to verify my ID. I don’t recommend.
