Have seen other people shave the same issue when loading a pack which you have bought, it just doesn’t work.

I purchased the gold pack and Harry Potter pack but just get the spinning circle when trying to load it. Ive delete it and tried to do the restall but nothing works, I contacted apple and they sent trouble shooting ideas but nothing works. Hoping someone gets back to me on here as I’ve been trying for months to get answers. Don’t buy the bonus packs. The original game is good which is why we wanted to add to it.

I tried to purchase the gold pack of questions and get a message to say all set but the wheel just spins it doesn’t download and you can’t restore as suggested, got a refund for that so I thought I’d try again with just a 99p pack but alas same thing is happening very tedious and a big minus to what is a great fun quiz. I’m hoping the developer might respond to this and maybe offer an explanation.

I would have given a higher rating but my paid for question pack won’t load. I haven’t answered one question from that pack yet. Disappointing really.

Purchased quizzes don’t work
Purchased the Harry Potter quiz, and it just won’t download.
iPhone and app are up to date. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Leaving it open and downloading for a long time (even though it’s 0.12mb), nothing works.

Unbelievable
I could enjoy this quiz. But A few days ago l purchased the war questions, later l purchased the bronze patch as yet neither has downloaded, l will give it til tomorrow then request a refund from Apple

Since i love these sorts of games i decided to treat myself to two of the games add ons including the gold pack, ive had to request a refund as neither will download even after numerous attempts. I also have plenty of storage and amazing mobile data and connection, sad times ☹️

The questions are all specialist abd not the sort of thing most people would know. There is far too much sport, especially football in all its kinds.
This is not a quiz for the normal person and not enough choice of normal pursuits and the average person.

I only started playing today and yet in the same game I had two identical questions.

Quick fire questions, I do like to ponder the answers when shown but they flash and disappear in seconds. We are able to learn when we absorb the knowledge. I will continue for now. I enjoy most formats of quizzes but would also like to learn from doing them. This is a little too fast for me, I’d like a button to press to continue after I’ve pondered and absorbed the questions. I often take screenshots of quiz answers and I like to return and look at the questions at a later date. Unable to do this with this quiz as it flashes forward too quickly.
