Bought music but doesn’t load

Have seen other people shave the same issue when loading a pack which you have bought, it just doesn’t work.

Bonus packs

I purchased the gold pack and Harry Potter pack but just get the spinning circle when trying to load it. Ive delete it and tried to do the restall but nothing works, I contacted apple and they sent trouble shooting ideas but nothing works. Hoping someone gets back to me on here as I’ve been trying for months to get answers. Don’t buy the bonus packs. The original game is good which is why we wanted to add to it.

I tried to purchase the gold pack of questions and get a message to say all set but the wheel just spins it doesn’t download and you can’t restore as suggested, got a refund for that so I thought I’d try again with just a 99p pack but alas same thing is happening very tedious and a big minus to what is a great fun quiz. I’m hoping the developer might respond to this and maybe offer an explanation.

I would have given a higher rating but my paid for question pack won’t load. I haven’t answered one question from that pack yet. Disappointing really.
