The app and related products are cheap Chinese rubbish that do not work as advertised. Stay well clear of putting money in their pockets… borderline scam

You can’t use the app for long distance connection because it will require your phone number….despite the privacy issue, it doesn’t even handle the us phone number ;(
I’m not able to use the remote chat
The remote chat doesn’t work if you’re not frem China, I wanted to use with my partnet but we were not able to sign up in any of the apps because we were not from China.
Number verification problem
Please fix the number verification code cause on the app you put the number but there’s no send button available and it’s asking the verification code already to log in but how am I supposed to verify it if there’s no send button or no verification code

Do not purchase this item this app does not work and none of it is in English even if you select to change the language it still will not change. I purchased this item to control it by a device not at the unit itself useless!

mine works really good, but when i hooked it up to my bluetooth it connected and already had a name up for the toy on the app (Lina) i tried to change it but it immediately goes out of the app! and i have to have a verification code but it wont send me one!:/

It will not send you the verification code, and the toy won’t connect to the app.
Also it’s not good for discrete play, it’s too loud. I’ve tried others that you could not hear at all. This one you’ll hear. BUT it vibrates really good. So if you can get it to work could still be fun

Would have a great potential , unfortunately the app doesn’t work for remote and no way to get activation code as well
very frustrating for english users
i cant translate anything to save my life, ive downloaded 3+ different apps purely for translation and nothing is working. hopefully im able to use this w/o the app - but that was the entire point of me getting this product. kinda disappointed.

Nothing works
If I could give a negative star I would. Nothing in the app works, you can’t login, can’t change anything in profiles and nobody will answer any questions. Yes you can use this without the app but the purpose is to control it with my phone. What a waste!
