New App Design is Terrible

The new design of the app has been around for several months now and while some features are nice the majority of the app is terrible. There’s not even contact information for the credit union in the app if needed, or it’s so hidden you cannot find it. Bill pay redesign is very clunky and hard to navigate. They took a simple to use app and made it much more complicated and convoluted.

Passkey error

The new UI looks good, easy to read! The biggest problem is the inability to use face id or a passcode. Every time you try and enter a new passkey, it says there is a system error. Worked just fine before the update.

As of 3/1/26, the app refuses to open, no matter how many times it’s been deleted and redownloaded.
