Best bank app ive ever had
Passkey error
The new UI looks good, easy to read! The biggest problem is the inability to use face id or a passcode. Every time you try and enter a new passkey, it says there is a system error. Worked just fine before the update.
As of 3/1/26, the app refuses to open, no matter how many times it’s been deleted and redownloaded.

Hands down the best credit union around
The app is very easy to navigate and I love the convenient quick look to see what my balance is without having to login. These are uncommonly good features for a Small local credit Union!
Crashes upon opening
This app has been working well for years, but lately it’s been crashing immediately upon opening. Please provide a bug fix so that I won’t have to delete and redownload for a 2nd time in two months!

Loving GKCPSCU App
I love being able to track my accounts anytime I choose night or day. Even when the credit union is closed, I can still conduct some business. Namely transferring funds between linked accounts. So fabulous!!! Especially do appreciate the GKCPSCU’s Fraud Unit as they track unusual and suspicious activity even when it’s me conducting affairs in the wee morning hours a lot. While the denial of a transaction may delay the process overnight or over the weekend; I greatly value them looking out for my well-being. So, I routinely thank them when they have delayed my ability to make a move in their zeal to protect my account. Kudos!!! Thanks very much staff!!!

Today I learned Pat is no longer available. I downloaded the app and I’m impressed.

About as good as the actual institution
You can't transfer to another bank. You're only allowed to transfer your money so many time a month. You can't add a payee via the app.
