Great Service
I’ve been well pleased with the service at the Publix that I shop at.
Bad App
“Required Update” will only operate on 17 IOS and my Iphone 14 does not have and will not allow older version of app to operate. Therefore I can not use Publix App on my IPhone
Opinion
I like Publix because of the smell and cleanliness of the store. I feel safer buying food there. I think their Quality Control is better than other stores.

The employees are CONSISTENTLY SUPER friendly…ALWAYS happy and willing to help, if needed! Even if they’re busy and I need help, they will stop what they’re doing and go out of their way to help me (never with an attitude as I’ve witnessed in other stores). I’ve NEVER (72 years old) seen customer service or a shopping facility like that of Publix! ALL my shopping experiences at Publix are 5-star experiences! I’m ALWAYS excited to shop at the Publix @ Village at Waterside, Chattanooga, TN! It’s the BEST Publix in Chattanooga!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Employees of Publix
The employees know the answer to every question I’ve asked, they’re very knowledgeable of their surroundings, seems their well trained in inventory,manners, and keeping the store clean.

Always sends stuff to the wrong location
Without fail, this app will always send my stuff to the other Publix that I don’t want to be at. Always risking my subs because the Public app sucks at remembering which location you literally told it two minutes ago. If the subs weren’t cheap I would’ve switched long ago.
Digital Coupons
Please don’t include the clipped digital coupons in the list of ‘View All’ un-clipped coupons. Too confusing or too long. ‘My Coupons’ for the clipped ones and ‘View All’ for only the un-clipped ones. Can you fix that? I’ve been waiting & hoping this gets realized for years.
No access
Can’t even get Publix app anymore. Because of collusion with Apple and have to update so how because it doesn’t say how. Publix should be better than this!
Store apps in general
Publix is my favorite store. I do like to use the app to locate items in the store. I never understood why stores want us to pay through the app. Publix has stopped this practice— so it’s just as well. One thing I wish the app could do is total up your grocery bill as you go along through the store, you. Can’t even get a total when you use the app to create a shopping list. You should be able to read the QR codes as you put items to your cart. I can use my calculator app to do that. Like I can use my notes app to make my shopping list. It would be nice to have these functions all in one app (like Kroger used to when I lived in their shopping area).

Publix is the best!
I love this store. The produce is fresh and good quality meat. The app is very easy to use and I can create a shopping list and mark all my BOGO’s.
Coupon clipping is horrendous
Developers need to make it easier to clip the coupons. The boxes are too small and remove that black banner that pops up at the bottom needs to go. Any way to make a “clip all” option? It’s so frustrating.
I like the store. The app, not so much.
I have long since been convinced that Publix’s service model is the best. And, no matter what I say here, I will continue shopping there. Not because they are the nearest grocery to me, although they are.
But they really need to include prices in the app! And they just lost a sale on one item precisely because of that.
I can get every scrap of nutritional information in existence on food products. Nobody else does that! And sometimes (not always!) it even tells me where to find them.
But it WILL NOT give me a PRICE! I find that inexcusable—and rate the app a *1*. Fix that, and I will give it a 5.

BOGO is good, but the employees keep me!!
We have one thing on our list that we need but we make a list from the bogo and and up filling our pantry. The app makes it so easy, too. I’m a fan
The Best Grocery Store App
My favorite thing about the Publix app is that if you make a list, it will sort the items by where they are in your store. And if you want to shop at a different store, you can select the location where you’re shopping, and it will resort your list based on that store‘s layout. It’s genius. All grocery store apps should be doing this.
