Why the AI though?
Used to love it. Then they implemented AI, why was that deemed necessary? Prices have been abominable for years but I’ll just pay the extra cents in gas and take my butt to Aldi.
New update
Too bad that Publix thinks it will decide when i get a new phone. My Iphone 8 will not update to 17.0…….si i guess i will shop at fresh market or aldi🤨
Terrible “Upgrade”!
If I could give this app a negative 10 I would. The latest update from 1 week ago is horrid and the app is no longer usable. Only show 1 BOGO and have to scroll to see more, really? Coupons can’t even be seen and aren’t scrollable. Terrible, terrible, terrible updates. It’s a complete and utter failure. PLEASE bring back the old version. The app didn’t need to be “improved”.

Great Service
I enjoy shopping at my Publix because the staff that works there is so helpful.
Best grocery app
Loved this app. It is easy to see exactly what I want to first… sales. Adding to the list is spot on for me. I go into the store, open the app and shop exclusively off of it. I don’t forget things and if I need a rain check on an item, it’s still on the list not checked off!
The absolute best grocery store
I hate grocery shopping but I absolutely love Publix the employees are always helpful every store i have went into is clean and well laid out. I love it
Great
No matter how big or small my issue is Publix always goes out of their way to make everything right and it’s something that I really appreciate!
No problems until now
I’ve been using this app for years without any problems but I just got on with my new phone and the scrolling is going wild. I can scroll down but if I start scrolling back up, it ends up halfway to the top of the page. I don’t know if it’s my phone or the OS. It’s just annoying!

Sucks
Useless unless you’re merely looking at fliers. They will not post prices on the app. And if you’re doing pick-up or delivery, those “secret” prices are also raised. Ridiculous.
Great
Wonderful improvement on the app
My Review
You are doing a wonderful job. I shop more at the Crestview, North Ferdon St, than the one with Troy. The staff are very friendly and supportive. If you need anything, they are willing to stop what they are doing to assist. I have personally witnessed this from the managers to the cashiers. Providing excellent service is essential and the Publix team is always showing and providing this type of service.

Great app
Love the store
But their prices are outrageous. We can afford to buy one get one which brings it not quite normal and the fact that they increase the buy one get ones is not nice.
Gets the job done
You can do most of the typical grocery store app stuff. You can’t see the prices of items at your local store. Coupons are much harder to clip than for other chains apps and there’s no way to filter for unclipped coupons. “Grocery” savings filter is overly broad as it covers half of what’s sold at the store. The whole thing feels like an android app with liquid glass bolted on.

Update required
If you’re forcing people to update their OS to use this app then you are forcing people into an OS update. What information does the new OS provide your data mining tools that you need so badly?

Delivery from Publix
The delivery from Publix comes through Instacart. I feel there should be a better option because the store prices vs the Instacart prices vary and usually Instacart is higher.
Just place a pick up order because delivery is not worth it.
