Buggy
Great research app. However, the application will periodically crash when tapping on an article, over and over. Usually it's just the one article that crashes the program.
Json doesn't download
So there's no way to read the data. I deleted, reinstalled, etc, AND no customer support for reporting this. So, 1* cuz it doesn't work.
Registration bug
When I try to register, there is a bug. I inappropriately get asked for a password in a pop-up window as soon as I am done entering my info and click on REGISTER.
No access to articles/Error messages
Loved this app and accessibility to articles. I would read articles while waiting to pick my daughter up from school or when riding in the car. However, since the latest update I havenโt been able to access anything or search anything. I keep getting a pop up message as soon as I open the app that says โJSON could not be serialized because of an error: the data couldnโt be read because it isnโt in the correct format.โ Does this happen to anyone else?

โSearch not authorizedโ
If I canโt search a term that I can search on the normal website itโs useless
Crashes frequently
Good layout, quick access to abstracts, but crashes frequently requiring a complete re-start on your research.
Super glitchy
Itโs great to have this as an app, but the app is too glitchy to work. You canโt save articles, you click on the heart icon and nothing happens, swiping is too sensitive, itโs slow and buffers for a long time, etc.
PubMed is great, the update was not
I used to like this app but ever since the last update I havenโt been able to get into it. I finally created an account, as that seemed to be the issue, only to still have zero access to all the articles I had saved and my previous search history.
Canโt even log in on iPad
I have an account, but the log in screen does not respond to Done or Enter, nor does it scroll to an OK or Enter button. Hello?
