About
Puctee helps you and friends meet on time! It nudges you to leave at the right moment, surfaces the train or transit checkpoint you planned, celebrates on-time arrivals, and uses playful (opt-in) penalties for late shows. With privacy-first design and simple group rules, your crew can build an “on-time culture” without pressure.
You want fewer awkward moments
A Trust Score and light penalties create a blame-free system that encourages improvement together.
Core features
Create Meetups
Set date/time, pin the place on a map, invite participants, and define penalties. Solo “self-meetups” work great for deadlines too.
15-Minute Location Sharing
Location becomes visible to participants from T-15 until the event ends—never always-on.
Trust Score
Punctuality raises your score; tardiness lowers it. View trends over time for motivation and reflection.

Privacy & safety first
Strictly limited sharing: Location is visible only from T-10 to event end—no persistent tracking.
Invite-only events: Non-public by default; links are guarded.
Clear onboarding: Guided permissions for notifications and location.
Safety prompts: Avoid interactions while walking or driving.
Data scope: Location and notification tokens are used only for their stated purpose and removed/obfuscated after the necessary retention window.

FAQ
Can I share my location all the time?
No. Puctee is designed for minimal sharing—only the last 10 minutes before the event through the end.
Is it useful alone?
Yes. Self-meetups are great for personal deadlines; pair them with small rewards.
Are penalties required?
No. Use only if your group agrees—keep them light and fun.
Battery impact?
Puctee confines sharing to a short window and uses efficient update intervals to limit battery use.
What about late joins or mid-event sync?
Location sharing (T-10→end) plus chat supports catch-ups; we’ll keep improving this.
Accessibility & usability
Dynamic Type, VoiceOver, and contrast-aware visuals
Dual map + list views for quick situational awareness
“Only the important alerts” philosophy to reduce notification noise
Apple Watch notifications (on supported devices) planned
Home screen widgets for “Next leave time”/“Today’s meetups” under consideration
Why we built Puctee
Late arrivals strain vibes; crowded venues complicate rendezvous; reverse-planning is tedious. We focused on a minimal trio—Back-Timed Notifications × 15-Minute Location Sharing × Trust Score—to encourage punctuality without blame. Puctee is a small tool to reduce wasted time and increase the value of time spent together.
