Liars and scammer
The clear price and set up is great. The people they might employ and how the company handles its customers and integrity is another issue. Tech came to my house said my fridge was dead. He charged my $96. I gave him a 100 dollar bill, he had no change. Asked for a receipt said the company will provide it. Then the company called me saying they were giving me a coupon for an additional off next time I use their services since I canceled my appointment. I never canceled, the technician told them I canceled I guess to not pay them their percentage. This man was in my home at 6:15p. I sent them phone screen shot of the call, video proof of their technician coming to my home and they sent his information for me to deal with their technician myself. No accountability, no responsibility, no integrity. Not a business I will ever do business again.

Very Speedy Service
Our washer drain pump stopped working and we live on a boat and it’s not an easy thing to get to and Elshen came with no issues! I made an appointment for Monday and Elshen texted and asked to come for Sunday which worked better! And he came on time and diagnosed the issue right away! It was a super convenient and easy appointment.

Bad service
They’re a very horrible company. I had a leakage with my a/c system. I called them they told me they don’t have same day service. I made an appointment for the next day from 8-11 no one showed. I have to call them 3times. The guy showed up after 12pm checked the system and left. I called again and I was told they are assessing the problem but I have to call the next day. I did and the office was closed no call back or nothing. Now my basement is flooded. I will not be using their services.

Scam
I felt they repair was done poorly and was overpriced. They had the nerve of requesting a tip. There a a bunch of fees to cancel your membership. Don’t fall for this SCAM.

This is the worst app and service. I think they are just collecting data to sell. I had 5 appointments cancelled. I think they are just after your name and address. Wish I could give them no stars.

I'm not sure how it happened, but I accidentally signed up for a three-month membership that I didn't intend to purchase. I informed them that I didn't want it, yet they have been charging my card $12.90 every month for the past three months.
I requested a refund because I had already paid over $200 for their service on the same day, and I haven't used them since. When I asked for a refund, they provided reasons that I didn't fully understand, stating they would only give me $4 instead of the $38 I originally paid. please see email below showing how scummy they are. What are these fees?

Don't use this
Reviews with high ratings are fake. This company marks up the cost of spare parts by at least 30%, the final service will cost you several times more than you would hire a local expert. This company does not have a single technician on staff, it is just a bunch of IT guys who created a lead generator. They are capturing the market by killing the business of local experts. You could pay less by using local companies, but you will hire them. The technician will receive at best only 50% of what you pay. No one checks the technician for professional suitability. They do not have technicians and your application can hang for a month, but you could hire a local expert who would do the job on the day of the request. You are keeping the air alive by contacting them. They will not give any guarantee for the work performed, since the turnover of technicians is high, they come and go, since they do not pay the technicians what they promised.

Dryer repair
Scheduled service for dryer not heating making 3rd time for same problem. Now getting run around saying waiting to hear from technician. I have called 3 times and get same answer every time no response as to when they will be out this is a warranty issue and they are in no hurry to address the issue. Just send someone to fix and stop the run around. Not happy with response and service from company.

Waste of times
Assigned technicians cancelled on me twice. I arranged my schedule two times to be home for a security camera installation to get a last minute cancellation 30 mins before my appointment time. Wasted my time! This company clearly does not vet techs and/or does not do a good job assigning work. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice…avoid using this so called service.
