I used my phone and I used my watch to see how reliable these apps are I was at a resting position and it had my heart rate like I just ran a marathon and my watch told me I was at a resting heart rate and I trust my watch way more than a app

Inaccurate

This app does not give an accurate heart rate. Was full running and could feel my heart pounding and used this app and it showed my heart rate as the same as it was when I was resting. NOT RELIABLE! Wish I could undo getting a subscription to this useless app.

Works well but free trial cost me!

I tried this app once on a 3 day free trial and it worked fine, nice UX , but I decided I didn’t need it. Cancelled subscription same day but I’ve still been charged an annual subscription!
