Can’t get calls to work using a Mac.
Crashes
Used to work fine but for the last year it’s impossible to use, pressing any button on the app crashes it. I check back periodically to see if it works but no difference. Using iPhone14 pro, please fix!

Not sure why but keeps crashing on iOS 26
Last update broke the app
App no longer works after last update. Any time you open the app the entire phone freezes and the app crashes.

Latest update has broken the app. No longer responds to input.

App opens but nothing can be pressed anymore. Can’t answer phone calls or make calls
So slow
When this app works it’s great. The functions available are really good and it does pretty much everything we need it to. However, the app is often unusable because it runs so slowly. We’ve also had reports from customers that the sound quality is very poor. Clearing the recent calls list seems to speed the app up slightly but we’re having to do this several times a day. We’ve also had issues with the app freezing, cutting off calls and customers not being able to hear us. Not great when trying to run a business that relies on customer calls.

length of ring
I'm struggling to get to the phone in time before it goes to answerphone. There does not seem to be any option to change this setting.
Disappointing
Don’t often leave reviews. When it works it works, unfollow business relies on this , as it’s my phone number. Problem is when running business, you can’t have interruption, all week I’ve had an issue where when I phone out, no one can hear me, I can’t hang the call up , everything freezes! One customer already got annoyed with this and I’ve lost him. Many others I can’t call back on my number , unless I want to carry my laptop around . The response to start with was quick but now went quiet. It’s not the first time , and will I get any kind of refund? I’d doubt it. I’m going to look at other options now

Proper update needed
If the developer is seeing this review, please put some time and effort into a proper update and upgrade. There is so much lag in the app, contacts do not load you miss calls that don’t come through. The idea is great but just needs to be perfected for it to be a great app.
Horrible Latency
The app has more lag/latency than any app I’ve ever installed. Extremely slow to load contacts, make calls and even hanging up or switching between speaker/ear speaker.
Recent update
App is completely frozen and unusable following the most recent update. Can’t answer or make calls.
Crash on startup
Absolutely useless, you have provided an update that makes app unusable. I am now having to change a phone provider because of you! Well done!!!

Overall a great app if you’re using a Moderley or Yay.com account! Sometimes you will receive error messages when it is sending data back to the Yay API but they aren’t too bad.
Can’t fault this app highly recommend over Yay.com app as the purple is less straining on your eyes.

Amazing!
Really good app! I struggled to find a decent app that would handle my VoIP needs! When I found this it’s perfect! Cannot fault it at all!
