Deceptive advertising.

The ad says it is free but it is not free.

Deceptive

Says it can check blood sugar with your camera, but it doesn’t.

Don’t trust it

I just did heartbeat per minute it said that I had 128 bpm. I just took my blood pressure from a blood pressure machine. It said I had 98 bpm so this app is way off

No BP Reading

I thought the app would measure my BP but it’s manual entry only. Disappointed.

Information is not supported

This is not free

Don’t do it!!!!!!

It doesn’t measure your BS, or other items! What a rip off!

Deceptive

Ad shows an iPhone user using the phone to measure glu. by aiming the phone at the wrist. Deceptive, this is not what the app does.

False Advertising

This app can not give you blood sugar levels. DON'T Be fooled by the misleading information!

Worked for 1 day

Worked well the first day but never actually gave me the option to measure blood then glitched on an advert for another mobile app too measure blood and never returned to main page, how this might of been due to water damage on my phone, still bit misleading as though as I think you have to purchase the upgrade to measure blood developer did contact me but have lost interest

Advertising error

The ad tells you that it can check your blood sugar, and tells you how to use your phone camera to do this. This is a lie.

Response from developer

Dear user, we completely understand your frustration and apologize for the advertisement you saw. You are absolutely right: the app cannot measure blood sugar with the camera. The promotional material was completely inaccurate and did not reflect our app's actual capabilities. Our app uses the camera strictly to measure heart rate. The blood sugar section is purely a manual logging diary for you to input readings from an actual medical glucose meter. We have taken full responsibility for this marketing error and have permanently removed all inaccurate ads. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Misleading

It doesn't work the same way as the advertisement.

Do not use

I am a nurse I took my Blood Pressure my blood sugar as well as pulse every result was wrong. I do not have a health condition that I would need this but I DO NOT want someone with diabetes or hypertension to use this to test please do not this is medical device

Response from developer

Dear user, we deeply appreciate your professional concern as a nurse, and we completely agree with your warning. To be absolutely clear: our app cannot and does not measure blood pressure or blood sugar. It is strictly a manual logging diary meant for users to manually type in readings they obtain from real, professional medical devices. The app only uses the phone's camera to estimate heart rate, which is for general wellness reference only and can never replace a medical-grade pulse oximeter. We take user safety very seriously and have completely updated our app descriptions to ensure no patient is ever misled. Thank you for your vital feedback.

False advertising

Apps ad says it’s free to use but after downloading it requires user to pay for a 3 day trial and then has a monthly fee.
Clearly this app advertising is a SCAM as it’s not what it says in the advertisement

Priced out of my affordability range.

9-USD plus tax weekly is considered a fair & equitable payment by the Devs & subscription members for full functionality.

Understandable.

App appears to have an excellent range of data tracking capabilities. The free trial period unlocked full access. It’s just not an affordable App for me personally.

Response from developer

Dear user, thank you so much for your fair review and for recognizing the quality of our data tracking capabilities. We completely hear you regarding the pricing. We realize that a weekly subscription doesn't fit everyone's budget. Based on valuable feedback like yours, we are currently planning to overhaul our pricing strategy to include much more affordable monthly and annual subscription options in our upcoming update. We hope you might consider giving us another try once these new plans become available!

Total Deceit

The ad is deceptive in saying this app can measure your blood glucose. Even had me put my finger on the ad to measure my blood glucose and gave me a reading. When I opened the app it states it can “record” your glucose but not measure it — like a diary or journal.

Response from developer

Dear user, we sincerely apologize for the highly inaccurate and frustrating advertisement you experienced. You are absolutely right in your conclusion: our app cannot measure blood glucose. As you accurately noted, the blood glucose section is strictly designed to be a diary or journal for you to manually log the readings you get from actual medical devices. We take full responsibility for this severe marketing error and have permanently removed these interactive ads. We deeply appreciate your honest feedback, as it helps us ensure our app's true capabilities are represented completely transparently.

Deceptive no free trial

Had a trial was month however started charging higher level for whole month until I had to cancel

Liars

You continue to say something that's completely untrue. You wrote me this..."Our product can measure heart rate, record your health data such as blood sugar". NO, it can't!!"
