So I deposited $25 I played about an hour or so got it up to over $360 tried to cash out and they booted me off canned my account I attempted to contact customer service. It said that I needed my user account number and I had to be logged in. You can’t login after they put you out. So I had no way of knowing what that user account number was so now I can’t get into redeem my winnings and I truly did lose the $25 cause I never did give me a to claim it back stay away from this app

Disgusting
This was once a favorite of mine. Until they refused to release my winnings, saying another email/account is mine. They leave no room for discussion. It’s the equivalent of the unjustified parental “because I said so.” I’m sure they hear it all the time, but to be completely unwilling to even see the truth is inexcusably horrible customer “service.” But if you want to lose a LOT of money, only to win but not receive a fraction of it back, be falsely accused of breaking a rule… then you’re in the right place.

I won $51 on this account and before it redeemed they sent me an email saying my account is closed. The reason was we can close your account for any reason basically! Then said they refunded my purchases. They did not! I’m reporting this app to the BBB now.

promoter told me to deposit $25 min to play. did not tell me that only gives me gold coins. apparently gold coins are free to play and anything you win cannot be withdrawn in some form of monetary value. example i turned 400,000 gold coins or something like that in to 500,000 on blackjack. there is no redeem cash option

I’ve tried a lot of casino apps but this one has extremely low odds and you can almost guarantee the bait and switch. I won’t $230 on like spin 3 and then it milked me back down without anything about $5 payout. Even hit 3 bonuses which paid lower than a normal roll.
