I never get my free coins. I never win anything on this game. I think it’s a joke.
Awesome game but…
I’m new to this game, so I’m not 100% sure of the ins and outs and the semantics of how things work, but what I do know is that I put in for two $100 redemptions on August 20, I have yet to receive them, I cannot find any help center in the app to be able to inquire about, said transactions, so be mindful when you make your redemptions. After being burned by Megabonanza and PlayFame, I’m a little hesitant to give trust to any casino app at this moment. I was recommended this app by a friend, and the gaming is phenomenal, the redemption process is where my questions are, and there’s nobody to answer them.

I had a problem getting all my credentials certified to redeem when one of the customer service finally emailed me back and she has been great so the one thing I have to say is that they have good customer service as far as redeeming. We will see how that goes shortly as I am in that verification process if it goes through, I will say that this is an excellent site if it don’t again, we’ll see

I sat here for five hours my first day playing this game going back-and-forth was up as high as almost $200. I decided to call it quits for the day be responsible. I requested a redemption for $100. I completed their KYC verification and what do you know as soon as I try to redeem, they restricted my account what a horrible experience for a new user customer support is not replying to me. They don’t care literally you can’t do anything to get your money or save your money if they restrict your account or decide not to pay you.

So I deposited $25 I played about an hour or so got it up to over $360 tried to cash out and they booted me off canned my account I attempted to contact customer service. It said that I needed my user account number and I had to be logged in. You can’t login after they put you out. So I had no way of knowing what that user account number was so now I can’t get into redeem my winnings and I truly did lose the $25 cause I never did give me a to claim it back stay away from this app

Disgusting
This was once a favorite of mine. Until they refused to release my winnings, saying another email/account is mine. They leave no room for discussion. It’s the equivalent of the unjustified parental “because I said so.” I’m sure they hear it all the time, but to be completely unwilling to even see the truth is inexcusably horrible customer “service.” But if you want to lose a LOT of money, only to win but not receive a fraction of it back, be falsely accused of breaking a rule… then you’re in the right place.
