Awful

Y’all let anyone into this app, someone contacted me and used false credentials and claim to be from a company. The contacted me through my university email which raises concern for our safety on campus. False recruitment bro.

Fantastic chat app for work

Generous free plan, but also affordable paid plans.

It’s a simple, straightforward and reliable app for my team. Would recommend it to startups and growing companies.

It replaced Slack for me.

Naming groupchats

Pumble is great but it needs a feature to name group messages

Best

Best business communication app

Annoying

Please stop all notifications and add option to opt out of all notifications

Fantastic Slack Alternative

I wanted to get away from slack and found Pumble after trying many others, Pumble is better value than slack with no loss of functionality or features, love it

Absolutely terrible App

UIUX is very difficult to manage, notifications do not pop up, no was to sync calendar.

There was a bug and I can’t upload files

Skype closed down for whatever reason and Microsoft Team suddenly said my storage was full so I cannot send files anymore so now I’m here. But the 3-dot button won’t register so I’m using Viber instead now too

There’s a reason this has 5 stars

This app is literally ruining Slack from how good it is. I guarantee you guys need to try it if you’re seeing this review.

It’s free, but—

I’m only using this app because that’s what a group I belong to chose. It was chosen to replace Mighty Networks because Pumble is free, but it is nowhere near as user friendly as MN, Signal, Telegram or WhatsApp. Yes, it has different “channels” which Signal, Telegram & WhatsApp do not, BUT the whole system is unwieldy to use. It’s impossible to scan what you might want to read. It’s hard to choose an ongoing thread to read. Honestly, as much as I do not like Facebook because of the algorithms & the thought police, it functions much more easily for a group than Pumble does.

Slow responding app

Notifications are slow

Perfect Slack replacement

Why waste $$$ on Slack when you’ve got Pumble?
Perfect for startup team collaboration.
Just needs a ‘catch-up’ feature like Slack does.

Trash app

This app sends fake messages to your email claiming that there are messages to be read when there are NONE. Literally any other platform would be a better option

Good

It would be great if I could create my own stickers!

1000

How can I see friends to talk to

The basics done well

Excellent app. Extremely beneficial for small businesses. Less busy and complicated than other apps.

Great alternative to Slack

Fantastic free plan.

It’s a simple, straightforward and reliable app for team communication and collaboration. Would recommend it to thriving startups and small to mdium companies.

Super easy to use

I was looking for an alternative to Slack for my small group coaching clients to use and Pumble has been amazing! It’s easy to use and so affordable! I love it and have told several of my coach friends to check it out.
