The min transaction amounts are outrageous why cant i simply use my usdt to purchase xrp then move the xrp to my wallet? Im not investing hundreds of dollars into an app that i cant even see how a simple transfer would go. Im assuming this is just a scam but then why hasn't apple removed it? I got $6.xx in there. The promo bonus. If i can just turn that into xrp and move it to my trust wallet ill change my review to 5 stars as well as rewrite my review p. but if its not possible to recover $6, because the xrp network fee would be less than a penny and buying with usdt shouldnt be more than 3% and that is way higher than anywhere else but im fine with 3% but yea if thats not gonna happen there is no way i would trust getting any amount back. So for now i give it 1 star and warn others not to make any deposits here because you probably wont get it back.

Don’t waist your time
It’s so screwed up been trying to change info won’t let you and Kyc is impossible to complete. It’s is ridiculous trying to get help cus they won’t email you back! Just wanted to add its really a waist of your time you really don’t get anything, just making them money

Endless scam phone calls
Since downloading you get endless scam phone calls usually every other day
You try call the number back or message and it turns out it’s one of those numbers you can burn (one off anonymous numbers)
You need an official website, official social media, I’m noticing typos and incorrect grammar also.
Do you even have a LinkedIn?
And in the app it does ask you to register your mobile ever since been getting non stop phone calls
When the bamboo defi fund period ends the raffle section where you can win prizes also disappears it’s almost as if they want you to buy the defi fund.
If this is a legitimate app please upload legitimate information for users like what Coinbase, binance etc do, also give an option for users to link their wallets

unless you can refer 20 people you won’t get any referral rewards min cash out is 100 and the bamboo fund will only get you 5$ which again you will not be able to withdraw
False Advertising
They claim you will receive a $500 BUSD crypto fund upon registration with a 30 day hold. You do receive that. HOWEVER, once the 30 day hold period is completed, the fund dwindles down to an amount worth about $1.25. Even if you wanted to transfer that out, the minimum is $100. This app isn’t worth your time.

They claim you can make up to 10k BUSD with referrals but limit your referrals to 10 people every 90 days ! That makes no sense whatsoever
You can’t cash out anything cause the minimum is 50 so they know what they’re doing trying to keep your funds you have no freedom on the application The Bamboo is locked for 30 days which I understand but there’s no clarity as to what you can do when it’s unlocked or what it’s really worth
You also can’t swap/exchange your crypto in the app so like I said before there’s no free on this app it’s not a bank it’s a jail

SCAM!!
I watched my friend sign up using my link and when he downloaded the app he had to sign up again negating any referral possibilities. That’ll likely be the last time I refer a defective product. Not to mention the free Defi bonus never seems to go up so the sign up bonus ends up being about $6 USD. (You need at least $100 usd to withdraw)

NEVER AGAIN!!! TERRIBLE SRVICE ALL AROUND
Purchased btc in the app. 2 days later , I’m still waiting on it or an answer from xBank. The processor sent confirmation emails showing it was sent and completed! Yet nothing. Good luck getting help too. I’ve emailed, WhatsApp, Facebook message, Twitter message , business page and NOT A SINGLE RESPONSE YET! Sound like fraud to me!! Will never use this app again but i want my money or bitcoin & iT would be nice to get a response for my issue soon! Deserve not even that 1 star.

No really, it’s 100 minimum withdrawal and it’s going to cost you 9 to do it. Folks, that’s highway robbery. Then when you email them, they just ignore you. Every crypto wallet or app I’ve used has a dedicated phone and address. This one, uses whatsapp. Seems legit, right? I wonder if a Nigerian Prince is the CEO

I really am enjoying how this platform works and after a little bit of playing around I have figured out pretty much everything I need. Only thought is the high limits for selling is hard on those of us that aren’t super wealthy and need the money asap.
