Extremely bad not deserve even 1 star , tracks your movements across the apps without your consent which is against Right to Privacy which is a fundamental right in India.
Also installing this app add risk/vulnerabilities to your phone data .It seems that No security audit has been done so far.

Not receiving OTP after multiple attempts. Stupid app, waste of time

Urgent Fix Needed – App Not Allowing Complaint Submission
I tried to submit a complaint through the app multiple times, but unfortunately the app is not working properly. Every time I attempt to file the complaint, it either fails to submit or does not respond.
Because of this technical issue, I am unable to report an important public safety concern regarding the leaking road that is creating an accident-prone situation.
Kindly fix the app issue as soon as possible so citizens can submit complaints without difficulty.
