Urgent Fix Needed – App Not Allowing Complaint Submission
I tried to submit a complaint through the app multiple times, but unfortunately the app is not working properly. Every time I attempt to file the complaint, it either fails to submit or does not respond.
Because of this technical issue, I am unable to report an important public safety concern regarding the leaking road that is creating an accident-prone situation.
Kindly fix the app issue as soon as possible so citizens can submit complaints without difficulty.

The application is not running properly, whenever you enter attendance in the application, then whenever you start marking the attendance, the application closes automatically.
