My Screen is Black
Help! I have been using your app for a few years and it recently started displaying a black screen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it several times, this seemed to have temporarily fixed the issue. It has since reverted to permanently showing a black screen when I open the app. I tried to contact you through your tech support feature, to no avail.

No instructions at all
There are no instructions at all. Yes it is easy to just open the app and use it but each time im getting different readings. Is there a distance I should be doing the measurement from. When I try to get help from the app support it just takes me to a generic web page.

I paid $10 to purchase this app after looking at the specs to make sure it was supported on my device only to be immediately given a screen stating it was not supported. Under compatibility it clearly states it is compatible but I’m guessing I’ll get a robot response to this review stating that it does not state that as in an earlier review I noticed.
