Company Shut Down

It seems as if the company shut down. The website no longer exists and the app does not work anymore when you try to log in. I am still being charged for my monthly subscription even though this company no longer exists! I am not sure who to contact or what to do but this is outrageous that no prior notice was given.

You stole my money! I paid for the service and now you shut down the company without telling us! I will file for fraud

Froze

It’s been 3 days now and my app froze. I get the error message “something went wrong. Please check back later” and we been checking back every day. I try and go to the website to email for troubleshooting and the website is down. Who do we contact? The same happened at a friend’s tv as well.

Used to be good, no more

The service used to be good. No cutouts, lag, or buffer issues. Recently it has happened more, despite increased cost (which I did not care about, but it has gotten worse despite increased cost). No social media presence to update anyone. Stopped using it since then which is a shame since it was simple to use and had great channels.
