Es muy compleja

Useful!

This app was less expensive than competitors and useful for ordering eyeglasses online. I tried it on an old iPhone with a small screen and on an iPad. A larger screen with a hi-rez camera and good lighting are helpful. It does take a bit of time and practice, but instructions are clear. Developers are also very responsive to email questions.

Garbage

I wasted 20 minutes with this. The instructions are horrible. The method it employs is overcomplicated. And I’m an engineer by trade!

Wasted money

Waste of money and time. I may as well flush the $2.99 down the toilet. I am very unsatisfied

Garbage

Not worth it. Go back go back

Hard to use

Tried multiple times to get a measurement using iPhone and iPad. Every time the result was that my measurement is outside normal range. I looked at the guide each time. The moving illustration could not be paused so I may have misunderstood what I was supposed to do, how the card was supposed to be placed, etc. Gave up.

How do I get refunded?

I accidentally purchased the app and didn’t even open it how do I get refunded if I can’t seem to get to any page that gives contact information?

Don't bother

Only offers binocular PD's which isn't very useful with higher prescriptions. You can more accurate and consistent results with a pen and a mirror.

Conceptually Flawed

Don’t waste your time or money with apps like this. The accuracy just on par with what you can do manually with the help of a friend. I tried several times and results that varied by 5mm.

Disappointed

I thought I could just snap a picture and get the results. This app is far too complicated.

Awful

Wholly inaccurate. Photographs your credit card too, so if you try it, use an expired one.

Want a refund

I have tried to contact you via your website and the link tells me it can not connect. This was a total waste of money as your instructions make it more complicated than manually measuring pupil distance. When holding the camera as instructed, the taped card is not centered as you picture.

Request a refund

I am requesting a refund. This app is a little more complicated then I thought and I am unable to use it. Thanks for your consideration.

Impossible to use

Impossible to keep the angle at 0 degree angle when you’re not looking at it. Perhaps a signal tone to let you know you’re at 0 would help. I’ve measured 4 times and gotten 4 different measurements. I’m afraid to use this info to order glasses on line and have the lenses cut wrong.

Misleading & Unrealistic

The app prompts you to tape a credit card to a mirror then align your face with the credit card in the mirror. While taking a photo of yourself in the mirror, the cell phone gets in the way of the credit card with defeats the purpose.

Waste of money. 🙄

Terrible app don’t waste your money very disappointing

This doesn’t work at all! Your phone is in the way of the credit card and you can’t line up your face!

Totally inaccurate

My doc says 62. The app said 75 one time and 55 another. Couldn't even get close.

Don’t bother

I tried to get an accurate reading 6 times - got different results each time (and drastically different results).

Difficult to use

I had to keep deleting the app and reinstalling so I could see the instructions since it didn’t give you the option to go back and review. I attempted several times to use this but it was not successful. Waste of money.

IPD measurement app

It worked. It was repeatable + or - 1 mm over several uses.
