DOES NOT WORK!

Wanted to make a talking video for my grandchildren’s first day of school. Paid for the subscription. Made the video and submitted. Message back was “Pending…takes 20 to 25 minutes to create video.” Well, it’s not been 8 hours and it’s still “pending.” About one hour ago, I went to settings and emailed the company, still no response.
