Useless

Absolutely useless, they charge you a Premium for the harness to include this tag and the app doesn’t work in US. You actually should remove the tag in case your pup does get lost so it doesn’t confuse anyone who finds them. This app should be removed from the USApp Store

Great Idea Poor Function

Please update your app or discontinue the Puppia life program. It’s impossible to upload information and the app keeps closing. Nice idea poor execution

The app isn’t available in my region for the feature of the smart tag

The smart tag is the reason I bought this pricy harness. It costs 30 dollars for the product that doesn’t work for its purpose in the US. Unfortunately, I bought it in Boston while I was visiting there. I won’t recommend the product if you reside in the US. It’s very disappointing.

Doesn’t work on iPhone X

iPhone doesn’t support NFC, and reading the QR code on the harness as instructed tries to connect to a version of the app not available in US. So, totally useless. Great idea. Wish it worked.

Must need for your pet

This app features a lost pet center where people upload a pet found on the street and/or post looking for your missing pet. It’s a must need & ease of mind for a dog owner like me as they like to run away to the wild.

Also, the app provides a ground for socialization with other furry friends’ owners. Love it!
