Hi, thanks for your review, and I’m really sorry you're having trouble accessing your subscription. No need to pay again. Just reinstall the app, go through the onboarding steps, and when you reach the subscription screen, scroll down and tap "Restore". That will reconnect your existing subscription without charging you again. If you’re still having trouble, feel free to reach out to us at support@barksy.app and we’ll be happy to help further.

Improving
If you’re considering the app, there are a couple other considerations of note: 1) You can only have one dog/puppy profile. You can’t track multiple dogs. 2) No iCloud back up/restore/sync.
I look forward to trying the app again once multiple profiles and iCloud sync are added.

Not allowing family sharing for premium subscribers is a big miss by devs that have otherwise built a quality app. It’s impractical to hand over my phone each time my wife or kids want to use the app to work with our dogs, and paying for a subscription for each family member—five in my case—is way out of sync with the value IMO. I’ve deleted the app but will reinstall and update my rating if the devs add family sharing.

We’ve actually just enabled Family Sharing for all premium subscriptions, so your family members can now access Barksy under the same Apple ID subscription. 🎉 That said, you're absolutely right — syncing across multiple devices and supporting multiple dog profiles are still missing. We’re actively working on both features and know they’re important for families like yours. iCloud sync is also on our radar for future updates. We truly appreciate you giving Barksy a try and hope you’ll consider reinstalling once we roll out these improvements.

Highly recommend
The practical lessons will help you to train your dog not only some basic commands such as sit, come or stay (and much more), but also walking on leash, not jumping on people etc. Finally, the app has the potty tracker handy, so you don’t miss that pee break again.

LOVE it!
I have a mini Aussie (2,5 years old) and he is anxious, because of this we have problems with socialization, on walks he pulls the leash and doesn't know how to properly meet other dogs. This app helped us learn the theory and apply a few techniques to help our dog become happier and calmer.
It has easy to use interface and you can find the answer to any question you have because the app is filled with interesting, concise and useful information!
