Beware they charged me $97 after 7 day trial
Unauthorized charge of $97 after 7 day trial which is disclosed nowhere! It is “automatically” added to your order without requesting then WHAM $97 charge!!! Beware with this App and company. Am in process of contesting but no response yet from the “puppy” on the customer service automated ticket.
Poor user interface.
My kids love the books and they are cute, however the user interface is clunky. The navigation buttons rarely work.
Sneaky subscription package
They auto add a 0.00 subscription to your cart which would go unnoticed since it is free and then in the description outline after 30 days that they will charge 9.97 a month which isn’t too big of a deal as it is a small price to pay and gives you time to figure out and cancel where the charge came from. BUT the fact that $97 was removed is far from okay. I’m assuming they charged the entire year all at once. This is a deplorable business practice and I strongly urge you to consider a different company for digital books. Most local libraries offer ebooks which you can rent with Kindle for free with your library card. Stay away from this company.

Glitch
I just got this app subscription yesterday. I added one book to my library and read it to my son and we really loved it! Then tonight we tried to read a different book, but when we clicked on the second book the first one opened. I tried adding several different books to the library, deleting all of them and re-adding only the one we wanted, and deleting/re-downloading the whole app, but it still will only let us access that first book we read! I had a very disappointed 5-year-old at bedtime tonight.
