App still doesn’t work after 9 months
The 1 star is for the app only. The Puratap service is always excellent.

Never works. All I get is that there is no ‘challenge’. Pointless.

I have Puratap installed in my own home, and two rental properties. Can you please update the app so your loyal customers can control more than one property?

Nice chap came to do the service. Rang to say he would be a bit late which was appreciated. He was very efficient and good at his job

Gr8 company, the installers are always very polite and work hard to satisfy Thanku Puratap I am very impressed with the SMS texts to keep me up to date for the arrival day, plus the company as a whole and have downloaded their app
