App could be more useful
This app would actually be useful if it had more functionality. If you could check in a guest or at least have guest information on the app to make check in faster that would be so helpful. Checking in a guest every visit has not been a simple or pleasant process. Especially when the system never seems to pull up the same guest and you have to give all the information over again when checking in for a workout. Guest check in has been different at every location we’ve been to and half the time workers aren’t even enforcing the same standards so we never know what the actual process is supposed to be like. If this feature was available on the app or at a self check in kiosk, that would be so much more convenient.

Awesome gym!
Great facility, wonderful instructors, and friendly people. Excellent programs with a wide range of options. They are always improving the space and equipment.

The gyms and Studios are clean. The instructors are lovely People never been to such a great yoga studio.
Equipment maintenance
I’ve been coming to this Bethany Beach gym since 2016 and the previous owner took very good care of the equipment. Since gym was bought by Pure Fitness the condition of the equipment has gone down hill. For example the the one and only spin bike has been of a rebuilder replacement for a very long time I have put in several requests to fix/replace it but but it remains unsafe to operate it in my opinion. I no longer use it and it appears that no one else uses it any more. The Qr code has been missing for a very long time so we can no longer request repairs.
In addition several of my friends are complaining that several bikes in the spin room need repairs.

Great gym with many locations. It a clean gym & employees are constantly cleaning the equipment at all locations. The staff is very nice & friendly. I really like the different available group classes. Charlene does a great job. The monthly fee is very reasonable.

Bruce is very good and knowledgeable and helpful and friendly.
I Just don’t like the policy to cancel a class due to 3 or less in class. If I showed up and the instructor, then there should be a class.
That would be customer friendly, not the way it is now.

No option to create new account
There isn’t an option to create a new account only one that says “already have an account sign in” so I can’t even make it past the sign in page. I’m a member of pure fitness in Salisbury.
