Worse customer support
Created account via app, went to store to buy the gear, and it was my first time, only to find that store clerks couldn't find my account, I had to call in, the call center lady said will call back if she can't add my purchase to reward program, never did. I sent email to customer support and only to receive auto generated e-mail that had no intention of resolving issues. (for call I waited 2 weeks, for email they took more than 7 business days). Store clerk said sometimes account created via app doesn't work at the physical store? The issue is not yet being resolved.

Needs work but could be great
Some really good potential here but plenty of bugs and room to improve.
+ love that it keeps track of my receipts and awards!
-wish I could search or sort/filter them though (I don’t need to see every skate sharpening transaction)
+ love the idea of keeping track of my families skates and who likes what hollow, but it’s basically broken in the app.
—>No option for fire/flat hollows.
—> wish I could keep track of when each skate was sharpened last and/or place a reminder in the app for “every 2 weeks” or “on dd/mm/yy etc”
—> app did not recognize a last purchase “you have not purchased any skates to select” error
-app is not compatible with Dark Mode on iPhone (several menus and text items are completely whited out)

Barely an app. Terrible interface.
This is just a shell around the website. Trying to fill in account info clearly was not a native experience and then the shopping tab was just the website! I downloaded the app looking for an APP experience, not the website.

Find in store
The “Find in Store” feature does not work. It allows you to select the closest store, but doesn’t move past the selection screen. You can’t see if your local store has an item in stock, requiring you to call the store.
Unreadable white text under Purchases
When browsing purchases, the text is white on white background, please fix it

Good experience on 1st order
I got a kids Bauer hockey goal and it came with a youth stick and training ball combo. I got a Bauer senior street hockey stick as well. I got it in a reasonable amount of time during holiday shopping season. They shipped my stick with no bubble wrap and it was a cheap stick, but still though. The app itself is easy to use and has a lot of resources for new or experienced hockey fans/players/parents.

Great, annoying bug though
There is an annoying bug where the cart section says that I have so called “4 items in cart” when the section right below even says that there are no items in cart! The total “4 items” comes to the total of $713.99. Please fix this bug, a few days ago it said there was 1 item now there are 4 invisible items. Overall really great app for hockey gear, and sticks.

Visual issues
Can’t see any details in the purchase history table. The table shading is white or light grey; and the font is white. Impossible to see the text.
Also, messages section of the app just shows a blank white screen.

Great Platform
After shopping at and purchasing from PH, I really appreciate the organization of everything! I will definitely be doing most of my shopping with you guys. Can’t wait to have one closer to me. I’m pushing all my friends into hockey and ice skating. I’ll be sending them your way.

Don’t bother
You can’t look at anything until you create an account. That’s exactly what you want right? Another online account. If we could see the content our trust might be earned and we’d create one. Plenty of hockey sites and apps display their content without being forced to receive their spam.
Cant log on
Have an account & cant log on, keeps giving me some error code (Domain Error- 1012). My password is correct, its not giving me a password error message so its got to be the system. I love using Pure Hockey for all my hockey needs but now i have to use the website because the stinkin app just isnt usable.

Location Services?
Location Services is unavailable on the app and find in store doesn’t work. I love the store but I live 30 miles away so when I find a price of something on the app I still have to call the store to see if it’s in stock. I email Pure Hockey about this after every update and have never received a reply. I really want this app to work for me but it just doesn’t.
