I do like the layout and new features of the new update however, since the update a few months ago, the app picks and chooses when to let me in. I try and go into it and it stays frozen on the opening page. When I switch to mobile data it says there’s no internet available. And then I get emails telling me I should respond quickly, when I can’t even get into the app to reply! There’s only so many times you can tell people you were having technical issues before it starts sounding ridiculous.
